REMEMBER: Make sure to be represented by a REALTOR.  To receive more information, some of these sites will ask that you register with them.  When registered, it's possible that a site agent or an agent representing the developer will contact you.  If you visit the sales site without your agent, make sure to let them know you have an agent that you plan on working with.  When signing in, make sure you tell them their name.  (Example: Phillip Belenky with Coldwell Banker Bain) .  If you don't have an agent, please consider establishing a relationship with one.  It is crucial to have an agent that represents you only, and not the seller/developer.  If you're not currently working with an agent, please contact me for a buyer consultation to see if we are a good match.
